At Tribrook, Emily is joined by colleagues who have worked across a range of sectors. Our flexible staffing model enables us to pair the right expertise needed for each particular project to best meet your needs as a client.

Emily (she / her) brings more than a decade of experience leading dozens of social sector organizations through strategy, business planning, evaluation and learning, and organizational change efforts. She loves aligning elegant, visionary strategy with the "brass tacks" needed to make change happen – especially robust action planning and organization design.

Emily founded Tribrook Advisors in 2019 to provide consulting services to philanthropic leaders and other organizations focused on social change.

Prior to founding Tribrook Advisors, Emily spent more than a decade at FSG – a mission driven consulting firm – working on strategy, evaluation, and organizational development for some of the world’s leading foundations and nonprofits. Most recently at FSG, Emily served as Chief Administrative Officer, Chief of Staff, and Director of People. In this capacity, she was responsible for FSG’s internal strategic planning and execution of strategic initiatives, organizational change efforts, board governance, and overseeing all human capital initiatives, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; leadership development; and leadership transition. Previously, she was a Director at FSG, leading a portfolio of project and client teams and co-leading the Education and Youth practice area.

Before FSG, Emily worked at the Schott Foundation for Public Education, where she served as a member of the foundation's grantmaking team, working with grantee organizations at the intersection of fundraising and strategy. She is a proud parent of two children and a “pandemic puppy” and is an active volunteer in her community.
